The Nairobi Climate Network (NCN)

The Nairobi Climate Network (NCN) is a community of professionals driving in Climate Action in Kenya. NCN has 1,400+ members, representing 900+ climate-focused organisations across different professions and sectors. NCN hosts events to connect members, runs a discussion and posting platform, and amplifies the voices and stories of our members to convene action in priority areas - for example bringing carbon markets actors together and acting as a trusted advisor to government. NCN is expanding to become 'The Climate Network' - a localised, collaborative group of networks that build connections across the climate space and provide a common Voice of the Industry driving climate positive change. The second chapter in Tanzania has already taken off and 2 more are in the pipeline. The Climate Network will act as a key link between local climate solutions to the international climate community and play a critical role building a more enabling ecosystem for climate solutions to thrive.
